Easy access from our route. Clean and well maintained.

The hotel staff was very nice. While on vacation, my husband and I were involved in an accident. Whenwe returned to the hotel I advised the staff and she was more than willing to provide some aspirin to relieve my headache.

Very pleasant staff.easy to find although a bit away from centre of Naples. Handy for travelling up the east coast of Florida.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable. Great young man desk clerk.

No restaurant within walking distance. But there is land for sale on which I suspect one will be built. This Springhill Suites + the Fairfield next door are obviously new.

Great room, comfortable bed. Housekeeping service was efficient and unobtrusive. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Disappointed there was no hot tub and spa.

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is lovely, and the room is nice. The venue offers great meal in the morning with sausage, bagels.

Location was not good, hotel next to a water plant,

It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting trip in Naples with great value for the money. The pool area had chaotic waters, but the sunshine made it bearable. Make sure to ask for towels early in the morning.

Everything was great and rooms were updated and huge. My room included central heating, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge. The pool was great, the staff here was lovely and good. Its location was decent, close to springhill suites and public areas.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unhappy.

Very clean accommodations with a good variety of breakfast options available. The experience was marred by a lack of basic amenities such as room safes and pool towels. The front desk was short-staffed, leading to long wait times and unresponsive management. Breakfast service was chaotic on busy days, and the pool area needed better maintenance.

The location proved to be a great base for exploring the area while the room facilities were well-maintained providing a clean and pleasant environment. I appreciated the pleasant smell throughout the hotel which added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere.

However the soundproofing in the rooms could be better to ensure a more restful experience.

The location was great, really close to the bathroom area. The facilities were well-kept, and it smelled nice throughout the hotel. The outdoor pool was a nice touch, and i enjoyed using the fitness center. The staff was friendly.
